We accept custom orders as long as the material/leather is available.

♥ Please send your desired measurement / size or other requests as detailed as possible
♥ We will check our leather stock and send you pictures of the material. We will also send photos before shipping the item.
♥ We do not charge extra fee as long as it doesn't require extra material and it uses our existing design. HOWEVER, due to the time it takes in drafting new patterns, we will charge extra for new design.

It is very challenging for us to set up a reasonable shipping cost. Etsy prioritizes listings with free shipping cost in US search engine, so we decided to follow their recommendation and insert shipping cost in the price.

Due to the pandemic and disruption to post services around the world, we only offer express shipment with DHL (5 - 7 days to the US). PHONE NUMBER is required to ship your items (we will not use it for any other purpose).

We only use real / genuine leather for our bags. Our calf hair materials are mostly from cow skin. We also use full grain cow, lamb and goat skin.

We prioritize safety for your products since it goes on a very long journey to get to you. We put the item in a dust bag and wrap it with bubble wrap to keep them safe during the shipment. If you'd like to have a gift wrap, please let us know, we will see what we can do.

We would love to work with you for multiple orders. If you want to get information about the wholesale discount and minimum order quantity, please let us know! We work with a wide range of leather suppliers to cater your needs.

Since October 2020, etsy requires all sellers to use etsy payment. This gives you more options to pay. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

If in any case you would like to pay through paypal, we will send you a paypal invoice separately.

Changes to shipping policies have resulted in increased import duties and taxes, including VAT, that are payable on packages being delivered to Europe (particularly UK deliveries). These fees are NOT covered through the purchase price, and do come as the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. They are applied by local governments. We thank you for your understanding.

We recommend having a chat with us before placing your orders. Unless we are asleep 😴, we will respond as quickly as possible. Please understand the delays in responding due to time difference.
